In the rolling surges of our information society, the world is about to enter into an age of convulsion. In such an age, would like to be a bridge to connect high technology to various industries,In Hokkaido, an area with unlimited industrial potential, a fresh start is now being made toward a brighter future.

Nittetsu Hokkaido Control Systems Company became independent from Nippon Steel Corporation in April 1988,in order to better utilize the inspection techniques, instrument control techniques, and computer control techniques which had been accumulated for many years by the Muroran Works of Nippon Steel. Since then, we have enjoyed the fullest confidence of our customers in regard to the technologies which we developed from standpoint of an actual equipment user and in the endless pursuit of the ease of use.
The main feature of our technologies is our design philosophy in which we devote ourselves simple mind to realizing "high perfomance and low cost", and we believe that our accumulation of technologies is unrivaled. Interface technology, image processing technology, and efficient system building technology which were developed with priority have made it possible to remarkably provide "high performance and low cost" to the satisfaction of our customers.
Furthemore, we have made it possible to supply systems which make full use of the excellent functions of constantly advancing devices. This was achieved by using interface technology which is our forte and by also selecting the most suitable devices from the products of a great many machinery makers and combining them freely.
In addition, we are fully prepared accept customer requests for the maintenance of electronic equipment, instrumentation, and computers aspart of the utilization of the technologies we have developed as a user.
Nittetsu Hokkaido Control System will continue its efforts to attain "high performance and low cost" to meet the wideranging requirements of our cursomers to their full satisfaction.

1970 When the Muroran Works of Nippon Steel introduced automation devices and control computers, the Works eatablished a maintenance and repair department and adopted an in-plant repair system.
1980 The Muroran Works carried out the maintenance and repair of 45 process computers, 8,000 instrumentation loops, 40 automation devices, and 2,500 communication devices installed in the Works (total number of engineers : 300)
1984 The Muroran Works established a structure for in-plant manufacture of the hardware and software for instruments and control devices, in addition to their maintenance and repair services.
The Works then began the manufacture of measuring and control device necessary for steel production processes.
1987 The circuit design engineer group, image processing engineer group, etc., were organized.
On November 1 of that year, the Muroran Instrument and Control Center (MKC) was inaugurated.
1988 On April 1 of that year, Nittetsu Hokkaido Control Systems Co.() was established.
1991 In July, the construction of the main building and the expansion of the former building were completed.
In October, the Tokyo branch office was opened.
1992 In July, the Nagoya branch office was opened.
In October, the Osaka branch office was opened.
1993 In April, the Hokkaido branch office was opened.
In August, the Kyusyubranch office was opened.
